About the Role
We are currently seeking motivated, technology savvy recruiting professionals to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in the Western Europe
- region (France, Belgium, Netherlands). This role will suit individuals with a passion for customer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. - Work on diverse projects and initiatives as a member of a global talent acquisition team.
- Collaborate and partner with managers to develop and expand your industry knowledge.
- Contribute to improvements and efficiencies in our talent acquisition processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- End to end responsibility for the recruiting framework.
- Be an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the assigned business area.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current labour market trends, competitors, and general recruiting trends and intelligence.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates.
- Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source, and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, Linked
In, employee referrals, etc. - Promote inclusion strategy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions.
- Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and
- demand), document feedback and ensure
- up with hiring managers. - Market Siemens Energy as an attractive employer.
What You Bring
- Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with experience gained from an
- house, agency, or RPO environment. - Experience in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as Linked
In. - Fluent in English and French.
- Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence
- making in relation to talent availability and demand. - Customer-oriented in handling and going above and beyond expectations.
- Emotionally intelligent - Shows empathy, is
- aware, and aware of how others are feeling. - A strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quickly.
- Curious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand, learn, and try new things.
