We are looking for a French Speaking Project Manager to join us in Porto. Responsibilities:Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the software development lifecycle. Enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes. Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality. Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies. Collaborate closely with the manager of the inserted area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives. Build strong working relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on IT industrialization is a plus. In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, Devops overview and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus but not a primary focus of the role. Excellent, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams. Passionate about driving efficiency and quality in software development. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
