French speaking Health Manager
We are currently seeking French-Speaking Health Managers to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to our companies policyholders through various communication channels, such as telephone, email, or post. You will ensure the smooth management of their services, actively contribute to their satisfaction, and meet performance targets within our healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support policyholders, regardless of the communication channel they choose (telephone, email, or post).
- Manage the payment of services and process health benefits, including reimbursements, quotes, and issuance of support.
- Actively contribute to achieving performance indicators and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Handle calls from beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, providing information and advice on the guarantees and services subscribed to.
- Conduct administrative tasks including contract management (registration, cancellations, modifications), life updates (address, bank details), and cancellation of contributions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain quality processing and timely response.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient processing.

- Permanent contract with a competitive salary (1, 100 per month, paid over 14 months).

Qualifications:
- Bac+2 (or equivalent) with or without experience in insurance; your personality is just as important to us.
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Excellent listening abilities and a passion for customer service.
- Methodical, organized, and responsive with attention to detail.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and
- driven, with a focus on achieving objectives (quality, volume, deadlines). - Fluency in French and English.
