As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:Delivering exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone. Assisting users with troubleshooting issues on the platform and providing solutions. Educating users about the platform's features and helping them maximize their website potential. Collaborating with product and development teams to resolve complex technical problems. Staying updated on new features and platform updates to provide accurate support. Collecting and sharing user feedback to enhance the overall experience.
Requirements
You're an Ideal Fit If You
Possess a high level of French (both written and spoken) and are fluent in English (B2 level)Have prior experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Are
- savvy and able to quickly adapt to new software and tools
Demonstrate excellent
- solving abilities and patience when assisting users
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
