As a Customer Service Representative, you will:Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets Eligibility to work

Requirements
You are a great match if:Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for
