Your Role:
As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing timely, empathetic, and effective support. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries related to the search engine's products and services.
Troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical or operational issues.
Guiding users through features and functionalities to enhance their overall experience.
Logging and updating customer interactions in the system with accuracy.
Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service excellence.

What You Bring:
