French Speaker Incident Manager

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Take charge of IT incidents respecting the SLA and OLA agreements with the following scope:
- Incident management process: logging, categorization, and impact analysis
- Communication reports to stakeholders
- Management of crisis cells for major incidents
- Incident Analysis, priority validation, and information verification
- Stakeholder identification for incident resolution and technical team
- Crisis cell creation if needed (conf calls/war room)
- Redaction and sharing of Post Incident Reviews
- Respect of defined SLA and OLA agreements
- Communication to users and management
- Participate and animate P1 & P2 incident reviews
- Backlog treatment and
- up (P3, P4 & P5 incidents)
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Technical skills:
- IT production and administration systems (Linux, Windows, network architecture, VPN, and firewalls)
- Service Now, Outlook, Microsoft Office
- ITIL knowledge – Major Incident Management (must know)
- Change Management & Problem Management (how the processes can be related is a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Stress resistant
- Leadership (in case of crisis cell)
- Risk identification and
- up - Coordination and motivation skills
- Systematic, critical, and logical thinking
- Respect the procedures, methodologies, and directives
- Good listening and questioning ability
- Good learning skills
- Fluent in English and French
