Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: 30th January 2025
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term (CDD)

What You'll Do:

• Be the
  - to expert for users, helping them navigate and optimize their search engine experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with precision and care.
• Collaborate with an energetic team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and processes.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (rotational)
• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in French(written and spoken) and a good command of English.
• Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• A passion for technology and search engines.
