French Customer Support in Aveiro
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with issues related to products, services, and accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications in a professional manner.
- Update customer accounts and document relevant interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to provide informed responses to customers.
- Work in a
- paced environment with rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker.
- B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong
- solving and multitasking abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Availability to work rotational shifts and maintain flexible working hours.
