We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Consultant with sales superpowers to join our fantastic team. Your mission: You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers. Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty. Advising customers on all services and offers. Requirements: Native or fluent French Good communication skills Contact center environment experience Sales experience What we offer you: Direct and permanent contract with the client. Base salary + Meal Allowance French monthly bonus Performance bonus Attendance bonus Flex-ben Proactive advisin/sales Training with a fixed performance bonus All equipment given Health insurance with the 4th month of contract Hybrid or 100% remote!!! Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm) Entry date: 14th March!
