French Customer Consultant - Remote [241-001431-1]

We're on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Consultant with sales superpowers and a flawless command of English to join our fantastic team. Your mission: You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers. Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty. Advising customers on all services and offers. Requirements: Native or fluent French and English (mandatory). Good communication skills Contact center environment experience. Sales experience What we offer you: Direct and permanent contract with the client. Base salary + Meal Allowance Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative). Performance bonus Attendance bonus Flex-ben Proactive advisin/sales Training with a fixed performance bonus All equipment given Health insurance with the 4th month of contract Hybrid or 100% remote!!! Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 9pm) Entry date: 10th January!
