Are you a French speaker (C2 and higher) looking for a remote customer service role in Portugal? Join our team and support a globally renowned retailer while working from the comfort of your home!

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
3. Handle complaints and provide effective solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
2. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
3. Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
4. Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory; there is no relocation assistance for this role).
5. Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
6. EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal or a
   - seeker visa for Portugal.

Work Schedule: This role is a
- time position, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, following a rotational pattern of shifts, scheduled accordingly to the following hours, depending on the day (there are still 5 working days a week):

1. Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 21:30 (rotational shifts)
2. Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00 (rotational shifts)
3. Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00
4. Days Off: 2 rotational days per week.
