As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform.
• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms.
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies.
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
• Follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of French (C2).
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and
  - solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios.
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week).
