Job Description

As a Freight Cost Auditing Trainee, you will help the team assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow in a global scope.

In your new role, you will:

• Support in the verification of the accuracy of freight invoices and dispute discrepancies accordingly
• Collaborate with the team and the warehouse managers to solve discrepancies
• Support the management of an efficient workflow for the Accounting department
• Assist in the release of freight invoices for payment
• Support and run inquiries and
  - hoc reports as requested

Your Profile

You are interested in Logistics and are eager to learn more about the topic. Furthermore, you have an analytical mindset and are comfortable learning new tools and technologies.

You are best equipped for the position if you:

• Have a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail at all times
• Have a good command of MS Office (especially Excel), and SAP is a plus
• Are fluent in English
