A decade ago, Job
Cloud conceived a concept ahead of its time - a product designed to efficiently manage and optimize the usage of the customer’s hiring budget while identifying the optimal channels to maximize the visibility of job ads (AI/ML are key to optimizing this process) and effectively reach the target public (potential employees).

Today our mission is to revolutionize the industry standard shifting away from the current job ads paradigm of Pay per Duration toward Pay per Performance. What was once merely a concept is now on the cusp of becoming a reality!

What do we need from you?

Imagine creating a tool that not only refines the recruitment process but also transforms the candidate experience. We are developing a

- art task management tool that will be the heart of our programmatic recruitment software's user interface. As a UX designer, your expertise will be pivotal in designing an interface that is both intuitive and efficient, directly impacting user behaviour and satisfaction. This is your chance to lead the design of a critical component that promises to streamline recruitment activities and enhance user interactions. What you will be doing

• Create and iterate interface designs and user flows, from
  - fidelity wireframes to
  - ready visual designs
• Work
  - functionally with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Researchers to shape and innovate features
• Dissect problems and product requirements into great UX solutions that fit the product and complete features in time and budget
• Results-oriented for the
  - user and the business
• Deliver modern and consistent visual design

What we are looking for:

• A UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Expertise in design principles, including typography, color theory, and layouts for
  - device experiences
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially within
  - functional teams
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Very good English skills.

Contract details:

• This is a freelance opportunity
• The mission is expected to last 3-6 months, with a workload of approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Hourly rate: €50 to €75
