The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting
- cycle recruitment for specific jobs. If you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around 500 to 1, 000 euros per closed job) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce, that this is a
- based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.

The job is for you if. . .

1. You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter.
2. You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
3. You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi. careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the
   - term.
4. You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.

The job IS NOT for you if. . .

1. You hate speaking with candidates and clients.
2. You don’t like the idea of freelancing or getting
   - based commissions.
3. You are arrogant and don’t know what empathy is.

Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It's also quite important you have previous experience as a freelance recruiter!
