Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within the consumer services industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer while managing multiple assignments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
