Responsibilities

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions within consumer services.

3. Create job postings and manage candidate applications through our recruitment platform.
4. Utilize various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
5. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
7. Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Requirements
