YOUR ROLE
As a Freelance Payroll Specialist you will be pivotal in managing payroll and personnel administration for all Belgian sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the entire payroll process for
- and
- collar employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing. - Collaborating closely with the social secretariat and reporting directly to the HR Manager.
- Handling comprehensive personnel administration, including time tracking, interim workforce coordination, and training management.
- Managing essential HR documentation, drafting employment contracts, and overseeing insurance processes.
- Preparing and delivering monthly payroll reports, including

YOUR PROFILE
- You have relevant experience in payroll management, with exposure to both
- and white collar staff. - You have a solid understanding of Belgian social legislation.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills with a proactive,

Blox payroll software. - You are fluent in Dutch and French, enabling smooth communication across the organization.
