The Offer:

• Assure mediation between hotels and suppliers
• Assist customers by telephone, email, and other channels in a genuine manner.
• Offer assistance on purchases and product catalog
• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
• Identify, study, and propose the best solutions to help the customer
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the customer is always satisfied after the interaction.
• Gather all relevant information into the system and consistently deliver a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Genuine caregiver. Able to
  - task, proactive, and good with time management
• Comfortable with phone calls, email writing, and social media
