The Offer:

• Assist clients on the telephone, email, and other channels in a genuine manner.
• Help customers resolve their doubts about the online services.
• Guide customers through the website.
• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
• Identify, study, and propose solutions for technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the client is satisfied once the interaction is finished.
• Gather all relevant information into the system and deliver a high level of service.
• Stay up to date with all developments in the technical area of work to ensure you are always informed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in French and intermediate level in English.
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Genuine caregiver. Able to
  - task, proactive, and good with time management.
• Strong in phone calls, email writing, and social media.
