Are you ready to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact? WTW’s Finance function is looking for a talented FP&A Team Lead to join our Global Finance Analytics Centre of Expertise (GFA Co
E) team. In this critical role, you'll help manage WTW’s GFA Co
E’s success, leading a team of GFA colleagues and partnering closely with Business Finance teams and our global GFA Co
E team to deliver outstanding business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead in the GFA Co
E, you will be instrumental in driving financial planning and analysis while leading and developing a
- performing team:

1. Team Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to the team on a

   - day basis, setting objectives and conducting regular
   - setting sessions.
2. Communication: Engage frequently with team members through

   - one and team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
3. Leadership Development: Identify and nurture leadership qualities in individuals, preparing them for the next level.
4. Work Management: Delegate and manage work fairly and effectively within the team, ensuring individuals reach their full potential.
5. Performance Management: Manage attrition and absenteeism, ensuring team stability and productivity.

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Review and Deliver: Oversee and ensure the quality of team outputs.
2. Financial Planning: Drive the financial planning process within your assigned segment, business unit, region, or function.
3. Insightful Analysis: Provide financial analysis and key performance insights to support business results.
4. Performance Tracking: Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities.
5. Growth Support: Conduct client profitability, new business, and revenue analysis to support business growth.
6. Cost Reporting: Deliver salary, benefits, and other cost reporting and analysis.
7. Cash Flow Analysis: Provide working capital and cash flow analysis to explain Free Cash Flow drivers.
8. Issue Resolution: Resolve team and stakeholder queries with good judgment and a deep understanding of WTW processes.
9. Comprehensive Understanding: Master financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
10. Investment Tracking: Maintain and report on investment, cost, and transformation tracking.
11. Process Optimization: Continuously optimize processes within the guidelines of the global GFA Co
    E model.
12. Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead interactions with global and local stakeholders to collaborate on specific deliverables.
13. Standardization: Assess processes for improvement, create process mapping, and lead the team in maintaining standard operating procedures documentation.
14. Smooth Transitions: Ensure smooth transitions of processes and tasks between teams by proactively addressing requirements and providing solutions.
15. Global Standards: Meet global service standards and adhere to internal procedures for consistent service delivery.
16. Performance Reviews: Set goals and objectives for team members and conduct performance reviews.
17. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide
    - hoc and project support as needed.
