THE JOB
Our Finance team is looking for a Regional FP&A based in Porto with the following responsibilities:
- Support the VP Finance on the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and business reviews for the EMEA region.
- Understand main variances and gaps and propose action plans to anticipate/mitigate them.
- Support the VP Finance on process improvement and harmonization within the EMEA region.
- Support the local finance and administration leaders by providing relevant information and advice.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision making process by management.
- Support any ad hoc reports and analysis to support the business.
- Play a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning processes by partnering with other departments.
THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING
You must have:
- Master degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in controlling/financial audit.
- Knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and financial reporting & forecast.
- Understanding of financial statements.
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power
Point.

- Capacity to understand how business decisions affect the financials and vice versa.
- Experience in a BIG 4 is a plus.
