THE JOB

Our Finance team is looking for a Regional FP&A based in Porto with the following responsibilities:

1. Support the VP Finance on the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and business reviews for the EMEA region.
2. Understand main variances and gaps and propose action plans to anticipate/mitigate them.
3. Support the VP Finance on process improvement and harmonization within the EMEA region.
4. Support the local finance and administration leaders by providing relevant information and advice.
5. Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision making process by management.
6. Support any ad hoc reports and analysis to support the business.
7. Play a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning processes by partnering with other departments.

THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING

You must have:

1. Master degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
2. 3 to 5 years' experience in controlling/financial audit.
3. Knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and financial reporting & forecast.
4. Understanding of financial statements.
5. Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power
   Point.

6. Great sense of organization and respect of deadlines.
7. Capacity to understand how business decisions affect the financials and vice versa.
8. Experience in a BIG 4 is a plus.
