As an FP&A Senior Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and the broader Finance team with various financial and analytical tasks. You will ensure data accuracy and facilitate the smooth operation of all
- related activities.

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic
  - making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling;
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and
  - term financial plans;
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
• Prepare financial reports to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports;
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting;
• Maintain and improve financial models, databases, and dashboards;
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems;
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in financial roles, preferably with a background in audit or similar fields;
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Experience with FP&A tools and Net
  Suite;
• Analytical skills with a
  - solving mindset and resilience to investigate and resolve discrepancies;
• Self-improvement driven with a proactive approach to learning;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
