We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Controller to join our Finance Team. The position will be based in Porto and you will report to Post Trade FP&A Senior Manager.

This is a fixed-term position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the Group’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while analysing financial performance and collaborating across multiple business lines. This is a great opportunity for a motivated finance professional to grow within an international and dynamic environment.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Financial Planning & Performance Analysis:

1. Supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting
2. Analysing Euronext’s financial performance and working with division heads to achieve strategic growth targets
3. Reviewing actual performance against budgets, identifying variances, and providing insightful analysis and recommendations
4. Assisting in the development of financial models and dashboards
5. Supporting the Finance team in the annual budgeting process
6. Coordinating financial analysis needs across countries and business lines

Collaboration & Process Improvement:

1. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
2. Assisting with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
3. Supporting the stress testing processes from a Finance perspective
4. Continuously improving financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

Your profile:

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power
   Point
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
3. Nice to have:
4. Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP
5. Familiarity with Hyperion Planning and dimensional cube (Essbase Excel Add-in)
6. Knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
2. Fluent in English (written and verbal)
