Job Title: FMEA Engineer

Work Regime: Full-time & On-site

Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a FMEA Engineer for an automotive sector project.

Responsibilities and Tasks of the Job:

1. Planning and implementation of Design FMEA work sessions.
2. Autonomous planning, implementation, and moderation of
   - based FMEAs.
3. Compliance with predefined methods and ensure the formal validity of the FMEAs.
4. Ensuring consistency between product and process FMEAs.
5. Fill out the FMEA in
   - specific tools.
6. Moderate characteristic classification.
7. Interface with functional safety engineering to understand the safety impacts of FMEA items.
8. Interface as required with external development partners and OEM.
9. Give feedback on the debug results to hardware and software engineers and transversal departments.
10. Development FMEDA and FTA.
11. Knowledge of IATF norms.

1. Degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
2. Languages: fluent English; French is valued.
3. Familiar with working in automotive sector.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in an automotive environment.
5. Experience with Ansys Medini Analyze Software tool (Specially FMEA) as well FMEDA and FTA.
6. Knowledge of Quality Tools (DFMEA, Control Plan, PFMEA, 8D Reports, Lesson learned, etc. )
7. Experience with FMEA HANDBOOK 2019, VDA, IAGA, and APQP.
8. Knowledge and experience of ISO TS16949; ISO 26262; IATF certification (valuable).
9. Strong technical capability with experience in electrical, electronics, control systems (hardware and software), and diagnostics.
10. Valuable experience as a product developer.
