Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role preferred.
- Comfortable using technology (smartphones, tablets, computers).
- Fluent in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patient, empathetic, and
- focused. - Strong
- solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Organized and able to maintain composure in
- pressure situations.
Training Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
- Training Salary: Approximately 660 EUR net (conditional on attendance and performance)
After Signing the Work Contract:
- Salary Conditions for the German Market:
- Base Salary (Gross): 1271 EUR/month x 14
- Language Adder (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
- Skill Adder (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
- Attendance Bonus (Gross): 100 EUR/month x 12
- Totaling in: 21, 394 EUR/year
- Performance Bonus (Gross): Up to 120 EUR/month x 12
- Meal Allowance: 6 EUR per working day (paid in meal card)
- Health Insurance coverage provided
- Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (with potential for late shifts extended until 21:00 as per client agreement)
- Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
- Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 EUR in Economy class
