Role Overview

As a Fintech Analyst, you will support our senior staff and leadership team in delivering
- impact strategy and innovation projects. This role provides
- on exposure to the fintech ecosystem, with opportunities to work on
- edge industry trends.

Ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience, this role requires an analytical mindset,
- solving skills, and a passion for financial services and fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and industry analysis on fintech trends, regulatory developments, and banking innovations.
2. Assist in the development of strategic recommendations, financial models, and client presentations.
3. Support fintech startups, banks, and insurance firms in their digital transformation journeys.
4. Work alongside senior staff to design innovative financial products and business models.
5. Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, regulators, and fintech founders to gather insights and contribute to client deliverables.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of banking, fintech, insurance, and financial regulations.
• Analytical
  - solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work in a
  - moving,
  - autonomy environment.
• Passion for financial innovation, digital banking, and fintech.
• Full proficiency in MS Office applications is required and will be tested. Other tech skills are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
