Ops Assistant you will carry out the group's IT purchases and participate in the management of the key suppliers' quality monitoring process.
Moreover, you will administer the system for collecting Saa
S clients' consumption data, participate in the construction and monitoring of the budget, to analyze, allocate and optimize the costs of the IT OPS department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchasing management:
- Create and monitor purchase orders for hardware, software or IT service provisions;
- Maintain the reference list of IT purchases made over the last 3 years;
- Check and validate supplier invoices;
- Organize and participate in regular monitoring of key suppliers;
- Track, control, and keep historical records of service consumption (telephone usage, networks, public clouds, etc);
- Ensure the renewal of consumable materials in collaboration with operational teams, especially Digital Working (ink cartridges, etc. );
- Create and maintain reports and a purchasing dashboard for IT OPS;
- Create and maintain a calendar to track and anticipate renewals (hardware, subscriptions, maintenance).
Administration of the Saa
S clients' consumption collection system:
- Configure, update and decommission consumption collection probes for group clients;
- Coordinate technical teams in incident and problem management processes related to clients' consumption collection;
- Produce consumption analyses for ADV and SDM teams or for clients;
- Perform regular administration tasks (creation, update, deletion of system access accounts) and operations (monthly export of consumption. . . );
- Ensure annual account reviews and quarterly access reviews;
- Create and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor clients' consumption.
Participation in the construction and monitoring of budgets and forecasts:
- Establish the budget with the various teams of the IT OPS department and participate in the establishment of the budget for certain other cost centers (for example R&D);
- Prepare monthly closures in collaboration with the management control team;
- Participate in the monthly rolling forecast process in collaboration with the management control team.
Analysis, allocation and optimization of costs related to private and public cloud infrastructures and applications operated by IT OPS:
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and propose implementation plans (rightsizing, reservation, use of new services or instance families, etc. );

L.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background: Technical Training or Degree in IT Management or similar;
- Know how in ITIL V3, reporting tools (namely BI), Excel and SQL/NOSQL;
- Management and cost analysis in a public cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure);
- Basic notions in accounting are a plus;
- Fluency in French and in English;
- Rigor and organization;
- Analytical skills;
- Autonomy.
