Job Description

As a Project Controlling Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in managing
-
- end accounting for customer projects across all Business Groups. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders on project financial matters, ensuring P&L and balance sheet accuracy while adhering to regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, PMOs, and various finance teams, you will provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting guidance to drive project success. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Lead
  -
  - end project controlling and accounting for customer projects across all Business Groups, serving as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project setups in the ERP system to ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
• Collaborate with PM/PMO teams to assess accounting impacts, providing insights for project actuals and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance by ensuring the correctness of sales, costs, and balance sheet items, and conducting regular netting exercises.
• Oversee compliance with Nokia’s accounting principles, reporting guidelines, and internal controls for assigned projects.
• Support order backlog verification and provide information for internal and external audit requests related to project financials.
• Drive project performance reviews and forecasts, working closely with project managers to enhance financial outcomes.
• Demonstrate proactive communication and
  - functional collaboration to continuously improve project financial management processes.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in Controlling at an international company
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Planning, Reporting & Analysis
• Expert skills in ERP, IFRS, and RRB policy

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Good knowledge of Nokia business and business drivers
• Outstanding networking and communication skills
• Strong
  - solving and analytical capabilities
