About the role

As a Financial Analyst, you will be a core member of our Finance team, driving continuous business alignment to Bounce in our different departments. You will be responsible for our forecasting, business reviews, and annual planning.

In this role, you can expect to own the following areas:

1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, own and maintain financial budget models and operating models that directly support our operating teams.
2. Collaboration with Functional Leaders: Act as a key business partner to our leadership teams.
3. Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews: Lead regular evaluations of business performance, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
4. Goal Setting: Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
5. Variance Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial analysis, identifying key drivers of variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
6. Month-End Reporting: Support

   - end closing activities, including managerial reporting and analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar field
2. +3 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or accounting
3. Experience with Business Intelligence reporting, CRM and ERP systems
4. Drive and a track record of going

6. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills
8. Curiosity and willingness to work on a wide range of projects
9. Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial modeling
10. Understanding of core accounting principles
11. Professional written and spoken English
