Job description
As an FP&A Expert, you will play a key role in financial strategy and performance management. Reporting to the FP&A Head, you will be responsible for structuring and driving the financial planning process while supporting operational teams in optimizing business performance. You will lead a team and act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights to support

Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and FP&A Head, providing strategic financial insights and decision support.
- Lead and coach the FP&A team, fostering a
- performance culture. - Align financial planning processes with business objectives to ensure strategic coherence.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to enable
- driven
- making. - Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and refine reporting tools to enhance data visualization and financial storytelling.
- Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for
- financial stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with data and finance teams to optimize reporting tools and automate key processes.
- Support major transformation initiatives by ensuring financial alignment with company strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, leveraging digital tools for efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with IT and other business functions to enhance financial reporting capabilities.
- Partner with other finance teams across different locations to maintain consistency in reporting and compliance.
Profile :
- You have 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial management, financial audit or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make financial data accessible to diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and
- solving approach - Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a
- paced setting - Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive financial improvements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for the management of FP&A team
- Experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
