We are looking for a Junior candidate, with 1 to 3 years of experience, to integrate the Back
Office Service team. This is a hybrid role, so you need to be in the Lisbon area.

You will work in Document and Financial Control, complemented by Market Research for the acquisition of external resources, consultants, and/or service providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma (12th grade);
• Experience in expense consultation and control;
• Experience with banking portals;
• Knowledge in negotiating external resources, consultants, and service providers;
• IT skills from a user perspective;
• Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills;
• Organizational ability to keep supplier documentation up to date;
• Contract and supplier management;
• Validation/Entry of purchase orders;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Native in Portuguese.

Desirable Skills and Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of SAP R3;
• Interface with the Accounting Department;
• Process optimization mindset.
