Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Manager with a solid background in audit, accounting, controlling or financial reporting to join our team. Working closely with the CFO and supported by our external accounting team, the Financial Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations, controls, and reporting of both the Funds and the Management Company. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as reports for investors and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee

- day accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the external accounting team. - Review quarterly and annual financial statements for the Funds, SPVs, and the Management Company.
- Monitor the financial performance of the Funds and the Management Company, providing regular analysis and insights.
- Coordinate with external auditors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Assist the CFO and the Investment Team in preparing reports and presentations for Investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and systems.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in financial roles within a Big4 firm, Private Equity, or Fund Management.
- Solid experience in accounting, financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
