We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our team!

This position will be responsible for

• Perform detailed financial analyses to identify trends, improvement and cost optimization;
• Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate financial/operational results;
• Develop, along with the different departments, company annual budget, ensuring and efficient allocation of resources;
• Support strategic planning by developing financial forecasting and projections models;
• Keep track and monitor company’s KPI’s, identifying corrective needs;
• Ensure company’s financial compliance with regulations;

About you

• Bsc/Msc in Accounting, Administration, Economics or a related field;
• Previous experience in controlling, financial planning or financial analysis functions;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and solid analytical skills;
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and BI (Business Intelligence) tools is desirable;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Results-oriented and ability to make decisions based on data;
• Accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA) is a plus
