We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Controller to join our financial team. If you have a passion for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to optimize financial operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Support financial closing activities and daily operations.
• Prepare management reports for key stakeholders (management, business units, and support areas) to drive informed
  - making.
• Analyze variances, monitor budget performance, and ensure cost control.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with various business and support teams.
• Optimize financial reporting tools for better efficiency and insights.
• Assist in designing and implementing new financial processes.

What You Bring

• Degree in Economics, Management, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferable); SAP CO module is a plus.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2-3 days per week at our Lisbon office).
