Opportunity: Financial Controller (Enterprise Performance Management) BPO

Sodexo is launching an ERP replacement program across 82 countries, to migrate to either SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). In the context of such an ambitious program, we are looking for a Regional Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Business Process Owner to support Europe. The Business Process Owner will report to the Global EPM Business Process Owner (BPO) and will ensure that, unless local legislation prevents, that the Sodexo Core Model is deployed and applied within the new ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Global BPO in defining the Core Model by bringing local inputs
• Ensure that all the Region business requirements are considered
• Mobilize and coordinate subject matter experts (SME´s)
• Adapt, when necessary, the
  - process to local specificities.
• Ensure that the Core Model is respected locally (subject to local legislation)
• Bring the voice of the sites / operation to ensure process are designed to smooth and simplify the life of end users
• Organize the Region UAT testing of the new ERP Core Solution
• Organize the preparation of the data migration and data cleansing
• Be an ambassador at region / country level for the process adherence
• Be an ambassador for change management
• Organize the key users training of the solution

What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 5 years of Controlling or FP&A experience
• Experience and understanding of GBS / Shared Services environments
• Experience in interaction with Finance Headquarter leaders in a large multinational company
• Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and
• compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP
• Project management experience to manage timely execution.
• Fluent in English
• Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment
• Rigorous and Organized
• Proactive and results oriented
• Able to travel occasionally to attend some workshops with countries
