Financial Assistent
In partnership with our client, we are recruiting a Financial Assistant.
responsabilidades chave
Treasury Processing and classifying supplier invoices and other accounting documents in the document
management system;
Ensuring that invoices are validated and forwarded to the ERP
Updating the Group companies' supplier lists, entering all movements such as invoices, credit notes, guarantees,
payments to the State, transfers and other movements
Preparing and issuing invoices to customers and
- group companies
Ensuring the control and recording of incoming funds from clients in the respective tables
Accounting, Auditing and Taxes
Updating the file and periodically withdrawing debt and
- debt certificates of the group companies
from the AT and SS portals Withdraw urban property certificates from the AT portal when requested by
PMs or other stakeholders
Checking the post office every week for new documents and sending them to
the treasury Management and analysis of IMI and AIMI forms
Contractual Management
Control the management of contracts with clients, as well as addenda and powers of attorney
competências
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar functions
Fluency in English (minimum level B2)
Fluency in French (desirable)
Advanced user in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
