Financial Assistant

We are seeking a
- oriented and experienced Financial Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures, and supporting the financial area with various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Support the monthly closing process and ensure proper
- keeping. - Help prepare annual reports and documentation for statutory purposes.
- Assist in calculating and validating taxes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts and reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and payment runs.
- Participate in management meetings and present accounting activity reports.
- Perform other tasks related to the financial area as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Some experience in accounting or financial management is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Proficiency in accounting software, Sage and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
