Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst for our Corporate and Investment Banking team, to:

1. Support the execution of transactions, providing all necessary assistance to the client, investors, management team, banks and other stakeholders;
2. Prepare documentation and marketing materials including executive presentations, valuation reports, teasers and information memorandums;
3. Collaborate at all stages of the projects from beginning to end, including market research, financial modeling and providing support in the
   - making processes.

The Successful Applicant

1. Less than two years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking;
2. Self-learner with ability to work under pressure with some degree of autonomy and responsibility;
3. Dynamic profile willing to integrate a young team in a growing organization;
4. Analytic profile, with good communication, relationship and teamwork capabilities;
5. MSc in Management, Corporate Finance or Economics;
6. Expert in Excel.
