Job Description

As a Financial Analyst Automotive, you will be the primary point of contact for global reporting and analysis of the premium services offered by the automotive division to its customers.

In your new role you will:

• Provide
  - depth analysis and explanations for forecast and actual results and support business case reviews
• Ensure seamless invoicing processes for premium services, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and timeliness while ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Analyze global Automotive cost structure and provide management with the reports and insights
• Drive digital transformation of controlling processes through automation and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with global
  - functional teams to drive global planning processes and closing activities, with a focus on quarter closing activities
• Foster strong relationships with your Automotive Finance team in Munich, ensuring alignment and synergy

Your Profile

You are
- motivated, a fast learner and have a strong capability to independently leverage and drive topics. You absorb information quickly, evaluate it from different angles and are always on the lookout for ways to optimize it. Able to adapt well to new situations and your counterparts, you quickly establish a trusting and constructive working relationship through your way of communicating. You are always able to maintain an overview and deliver top performance, even under changing requirements. As a team player, you take responsibility for common goals and put team results above your own interests.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Finance, Economics and Business Administration or related field
• Proven expertise in financial controlling, cost analysis via first job experiences (1-3 years)
• Beyond-average skills in MS Excel and Power
  Point and experience in reporting tools and data visualization platforms (e. g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams with different functions, locations, and cultures, being a strong team player
• Passion for automating analysis and reporting and continuously improve them
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
