Reporting to the Portuguese Branch CFO, your responsibilities will include:

1. Accounting management of invoices and payments to suppliers
2. Supporting the development and optimization of tax models for Portugal, as well as preparing financial reports
3. Preparing regulatory reports for the Bank of Portugal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
4. Assisting in the control of the branch’s P&L and identifying improvements and deviations from the budget
5. Supporting the management of account audits and other types of audits for both branches

We are looking for someone who…

1. Has strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
2. Is proficient in Excel (programming skills not required)
3. Has knowledge of corporate accounting and taxation, ideally with some previous experience in auditing (though not essential)
4. Is eager to learn and motivated to take on a new challenge in a key position
5. Has strong communication skills
6. Has a high level of English
