We are assisting our client in seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Product Manager to lead the development and management of the company's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both finance and product management, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation in payment solutions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Lead the

   - end development of financial products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with
   - functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver
   - quality products.
4. Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
5. Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services or fintech industry.
3. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of payment processing systems, financial analytics, and related technologies.
4. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed strategic decisions.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
