Job Description:

The Mercan Properties Group is responsible for developing real estate projects in the tourism sector in Portugal and currently has 31 projects across the country. The Mercan Group has a presence, in addition to Portugal, in Canada, China, India, the United Arab Emirates, United States of America and Greece. The operation in Portugal began in 2015, focusing on the development of real estate projects related to tourism.

Mercan Properties is looking for a Junior Finance Modeling Specialist to support the department manager on financial modeling, structuring and analysis of financial statements, with a primary focus on real estate investment projects, hospitality, and fund management. The selected candidate will play a key role in helping to optimize investment strategies, conducting
- depth financial analyses, and supporting
- making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment projects.
2. Analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and investment returns.
3. Assist in structuring business plans.
4. Support the Financial Management in
   - making processes.
5. Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Up to 1 year of experience in financial modeling.
3. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
