Finance Manager

What you can look forward to:
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial reporting and managing budgets while contributing to the development of strategies for the GBS' financial growth. This role will also act as a key point of contact for financial operations, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for the GBS center
- Support business case calculations, i. e. , for investments and business optimization programs
- Monitor and control overhead costs and identify
- saving opportunities - Perform financial analysis and provide insights for strategic
- making - Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop and monitor financial key performance indicators (KPIs) for the GBS organization
- Monitor and control GBS financial transactions
- Cooperate with the external and internal auditor
What we are looking for:
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial management/controlling is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate professionally in English (B2) and with multiple parties (German is a plus).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
