Job Purpose

• Provide business partnering support for the VP of the segment.
• Responsible for all aspects of controlling and reporting of the Divisional Commercial.
• Provide complex financial analysis to maximize profitability and cost effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a strong Business Partner and provide support to the dedicated segment and sales area.
• Support the Director, Commercial Finance with scenario business case analysis and reports.
• Monitor and analyze activities related to sales, marketing, and innovation.
• Support, prepare, run, and monitor planning activities (forecast, budget, strategic) in accordance with Divisional and Corporate guidelines.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze margins and potential improvements.
• Ensure internal system controls by adhering to divisional and group procedures.
• Effectively challenge the commercial team while remaining supportive and building mutual trust.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate is expected to have a first degree, or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

With a minimum of 3-5 years in production industries, strong skills in SAP, BW/BI, and proficiency in Excel and Power
Point.

Profile and Competencies

The job holder will be proactive, with a strong personality, good influencing skills, and resilience.

Other competencies include high analytical skills,
- oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

They should be commercially minded and possess
- developed interpersonal skills, being sensitive to different cultures and ways of working.

This job lends itself to working autonomously at times and might best suit a person who is entrepreneurial,
- oriented, and able to focus on root cause analysis.

Fluency in English is required. The ability to speak French is an advantage but not essential.

Location

The location of the role is flexible; however, travel across Europe to our Flexible and Rigid sites will be required. It would lend itself to regular home working.
