Finance Business Partner (M/F/D) Lisbon
The company you're going to work at:
Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.
You will be the privileged point of contact for the markets and sales, marketing, and operations managers.
Your new role:
This position is in charge of financial insights, support and analysis to drive the business performance of the company’s consumer products across multiple international markets. You´ll work with sales, marketing, operations teams to ensure financial goals, aligning financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for international consumer business;
- Examine variances against budget and forecast;
- Analyze financial results and trends to identify key drivers of performance;
- Consolidate and report on financial data from multiple countries;
- Provide financial analysis on key business performance indicators, including sales, margins, and profitability of consumer products across international markets;
- Identify key trends, risks and opportunities;
- Analyze the financial impact of product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns;
- Support and prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts;
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast future performance and evaluate different business scenarios;
- Support regional business leaders with financial data, ad hoc analyses, and insights to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic growth initiatives;
- Conduct detailed profitability analysis for consumer products;
- Identify and implement
- saving initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies; - Provide support on special projects and ad hoc financial analyses, including profitability analysis, cost management initiatives and investment opportunities;
- Participate in due diligence for international acquisitions or other business expansion initiatives, providing financial insights to support
- making.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or related finance roles;
- Proven experience in consumer market with multiple sales channels (including ecommerce);
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
- IT Skills: experience with financial reporting software and business intelligence tools;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to
- financial stakeholders; - Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and organizational levels;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus (e. g French, Italian or Spanish).
