The company you're going to work at:

Medical company opening a Shared Services in Lisbon.

You will be the privileged point of contact for the markets and sales, marketing, and operations managers.

Your new role:

This position is in charge of financial insights, support and analysis to drive the business performance of the company’s consumer products across multiple international markets. You´ll work with sales, marketing, operations teams to ensure financial goals, aligning financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for international consumer business;
2. Examine variances against budget and forecast;
3. Analyze financial results and trends to identify key drivers of performance;
4. Consolidate and report on financial data from multiple countries;
5. Provide financial analysis on key business performance indicators, including sales, margins, and profitability of consumer products across international markets;
6. Identify key trends, risks and opportunities;
7. Analyze the financial impact of product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns;
8. Support and prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts;
9. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast future performance and evaluate different business scenarios;
10. Support regional business leaders with financial data, ad hoc analyses, and insights to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic growth initiatives;
11. Conduct detailed profitability analysis for consumer products;
12. Identify and implement
    - saving initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies;
13. Provide support on special projects and ad hoc financial analyses, including profitability analysis, cost management initiatives and investment opportunities;
14. Participate in due diligence for international acquisitions or other business expansion initiatives, providing financial insights to support
    - making.

What you need to be successful:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
2. 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or related finance roles;
3. Proven experience in consumer market with multiple sales channels (including ecommerce);
4. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
5. IT Skills: experience with financial reporting software and business intelligence tools;
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to
   - financial stakeholders;
7. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and organizational levels;
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory). Other languages are a plus (e. g French, Italian or Spanish).
