Adecco Recruitment is looking for an HR Director to join a multinational company (energy sector) based in Lisbon.

Your Mission:

Lead the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, fostering a
- performance culture, and managing relationships with all stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, talent strategies, and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage performance evaluation, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Lead training, development, and employee engagement programs.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on organizational development.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in human resources, management, or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience in
  - paced, multinational environments is a plus.
