Finance and Accounting Systems Analyst- 100% remote (French fluently)

We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Systems Analyst to join the team of our important European client.

Location: Available from Spain.

Modality: 100% remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor process related transactions including incoming/outgoing interfaces.
2. Analyse and solve interface/batch input errors/anomalies.
3. Maintain application mapping tables.
4. Define respective customizing settings.
5. Support change requests including requirement analysis, writing functional specifications, testing and post
   - live
   - up.
6. Provide business with training to new end users and second level support to key user.
7. Search for information required to solve errors/implement changes.
8. Communicate new system changes.
9. Ensure quality of data transferred and quickly resolution of errors/anomalies.
10. Serve application access management including authorization profile definition.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Speak French fluently.
4. Good process and system overview on Direct and Indirect Material Flows, particularly in MM processes for contracts/purchase orders/good receptions.
5. Knowledge in SAP required.
6. Practical experience in Accounts Payable processes and Interfaces flow processes.
7. Good written/oral communication skills – formal/informal.
8. Proactive agile working style.
9. Ability to set priorities.
10. Ability to document and follow up.
