Mission of the Role: Finance Analyst to become part of the Engineering Finance team and work together with the Engineering team to achieve material cost savings.

Key Objectives of this Role:

1. Ensure material cost savings based on VAVE actions committed by the Engineering team.
2. Work with the Engineering team to drive and facilitate the implementation of ideas.
3. Establish connections with different teams (Procurement, Plant, Sales, and others).
4. Manage and track status in project management tools.
5. Present financial status to Corporate Finance and different stakeholders.

Key Year One Deliverables: Achieve VAVE target, comprehend our internal processes, and challenge for improvement.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or similar.
3. Advanced presentation skills.
4. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel.
5. Detail-oriented and rigorous.
6. Strong critical thinking,
   - solving, efficient communication skills, and proactivity.
7. Able to work in a changing environment.

Reporting Structure: Position will report to Engineering Finance Europe Manager.
